M3U playlist
An M3U address is a playlist location supplied with service access. Paste the complete URL into the player’s playlist field. It may contain your username and password. Never publish it or give it to a third-party site just to test whether it works.
Server login
An Xtream-style login normally asks for server address, username and password in separate fields. Keep the server address and protocol as provided. A full playlist URL is not usually interchangeable with the server field. Check for spaces when copying from a message.
Portal and MAC devices
A portal-based device may require a portal URL and its MAC identifier to be registered. Choose the correct device type on our trial form so support receives the right information. Do not invent a MAC, mix credentials from another service or repeatedly change the portal without guidance.
