Televisions and streaming devices
Smart TV support depends on model, operating system and the apps available in your regional store. A Fire TV or Android TV device can be another option for a television with limited app support. A television brand name alone does not identify its operating system.
Phones, tablets and computers
Compatible players are available on supported Android, Apple and desktop platforms. We will help match your service details to an appropriate player. App purchase or activation fees charged by a third-party developer are separate from your IPTV subscription.
MAG and portal-based devices
Some devices use a portal and device MAC rather than a standard username/password login. Choose the correct device in the request form. Send device identifiers only through our form or a private support conversation; never post them publicly.
