Trial requests include name, email, contact number, country, device and viewing preferences. Some device types need a MAC address. Contact messages include your name, email, subject and message. Technical challenge and request information helps us limit automated abuse.
How the information is used
We use request information to review trials, provide setup assistance, identify the correct website and answer support messages. Service infrastructure and delivery providers process the information needed for these functions. Payment information is handled through the checkout process and its relevant payment providers.
Contact choices and your requests
Direct email and WhatsApp information is retrieved when you press the corresponding button. Opening an external service is subject to that service’s privacy terms. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your information; include enough detail to identify your request without sending passwords or payment credentials.
