Read the programme guide
EPG shows programme information when guide data is available for the channel. If listings are empty immediately after setup, allow the guide to load or refresh it in the player. Check the device timezone when programme times appear shifted.
Find supported catch-up
Catch-up is available only for supported channels and sources, within the window offered by that source. Look for the catch-up indicator in your compatible player. A programme listed in EPG is not proof that a recording exists, and some live events may not be available later.
Check it during your trial
Open the guide on a channel you use regularly, then try a supported past programme if available. Tell support the channel and programme time when something is missing. Cloud DVR, local recording and cross-device history are separate player features and are not automatically included with EPG.
